Our donuts are made from scratch, exclusively using Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free products, namely their 1:1 baking mix, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour and Millet Flour.
The cream filling, jelly filling, and frostings are a commercially produced, shelf-stable product. They are made in a facility that is 100% gluten free, per the manufacturer.
